Sharon Staples-Accardo is a licensed insurance agent and client service representative. Sharon became a new associate with Benefits Group in May of 2006. She brings 13 years of prior experience to the Benefits Group team. During this period, she worked with both agents and employers on health related issues, quotes, claims, employee benefit design and implementation, as well as conducting human resource training. Sharon also brings a unique hands-on perspective because of her experience as the employee benefit manager for a group of over 600 employees. Sharon specializes in benefits including health, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as Identity Theft solutions.
Born in Central Falls, RI, she received a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant certification from The American College.
National Association of Health Underwriters - served on the local and state boards as the fundraising chair and membership retention chair.
