Vicki Lucas is a licensed insurance agent and client service representative. Vicki joined Benefits Group Inc. as an associate in 1999 when she moved back to the Roanoke, Virginia area. Prior to relocating, Vicki worked as a benefits and service specialist in Phoenix, Arizona with Triad Insurance Agency for ten years. Vicki's business is primarily focused on the development, design and support of insurance plans for small companies, and self-employed individuals and families. She has an extensive background in the new "Consumer-Driven Healthcare" market including health savings accounts (HSA) and health reimbursement (HRA) accounts.
Vicki earned her designation as a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) from the American College in 2005. She is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters where she has served as the Southwest Virginia chapter's education chair (2006 to 2008) and the award's chair (2003 to 2006). She has qualified for the association's "Leading Producer's Round Table" for six consecutive years. This award is given by the association to recognize exceptional performance in the insurance industry. Vicki is also an active member of the Southwest Business Connection.
Vicki currently resides in Fincastle, Virginia with her husband Jason and their two children, Dylan and Griffen.
